High-definition 3D printing

Prototypes and small series printed in PPA-CF

Beyond laid-up composites, QTechGolf designs and produces technical 3D-printed parts with exceptional resolution, using very high-tech carbon-fibre-reinforced filaments.

Exceptional print resolution

0.08 mm layers, fine details, thin walls, complex geometries and refined surface finishes: the printed part faithfully reproduces the digital model where conventional processes reach their limits.

Very high-tech filaments

PPA-CF (polyphthalamide filled with carbon fibres) offers high stiffness, very good heat resistance, low moisture absorption and excellent dimensional stability, for truly functional parts.

From prototype to small series

Fast, tooling-free iterations to validate a design, then repeatable production of test-ready parts, from a single prototype to a small series.

Frequently asked questions

What we are asked most often

What is PPA-CF?

PPA-CF is a 3D printing filament made of polyphthalamide (PPA) filled with short carbon fibres. It combines high stiffness, very good heat resistance, low moisture absorption and excellent dimensional stability, which makes it suited to technical and functional parts.

Why choose PPA-CF rather than PLA, PETG or ABS?

PLA, PETG and ABS suit mock-ups and lightly loaded parts. As soon as a part must stay rigid, withstand load and heat while holding its dimensions, a carbon-reinforced filament such as PPA-CF is better suited. The comparison table on this page details these differences.

What print resolution do you offer?

We print with 0.08 mm layers, which allows fine details, thin walls and complex geometries to be reproduced with refined surface finishes.

Which files can I send you?

You can attach 3D files in STEP, STP, STL or 3MF format in the quote form, as well as drawings in PDF. If you don't have a 3D model yet, describe your need: we can help you design the part.

Do you also make carbon composite parts?

Yes. In addition to 3D printing, QTechGolf manufactures parts in carbon fibre and high-performance resins by lay-up and moulding, for golf, aerospace and precision engineering.

What quantities do you work with?

We specialise in prototypes and small series, from a single part to a pre-series, without heavy industrial tooling.

What are the lead times and prices?

They depend on the part, the material, the quantity and the finish. Send us your request with your files: we will reply with a detailed quote and a precise lead time.

Do my projects stay confidential?

Yes. Projects can be handled under a confidentiality agreement (NDA) on request, and your files are used only to carry out your request.

Where are you located?

QTechGolf is based at 21, Rue de l'Abbaye in Nibas (80390), in the Somme department of France. Exchanges and file transfers take place remotely, by e-mail, by phone or via the form on this site.
